My-estub Employee Portal

Employees can now access their paycheck details, employee discounts, and employee benefits through My-estub Employee Portal. This is a payroll communication software developed by Paperless Pay (or PPC). There are a lot of activities you can perform through My-estub. This includes viewing of your My estub pay check deposits. Now you don’t have to deal with the previous payroll processes that usually take time.

Employees may visit to create an account and access certain work details such as performance reviews and scheduling. Nevertheless, the software will depend on what is agreed by your employer and My estub Paperless Pay.

Once you have successfully set up your account, you can then log in My-estub to view your payroll information as well as personal information. You can also view your information in a certain time frame. Other specific information you can access include accruals, year-to-date allocations, deductions, and W-2s.

The accounts of PPC’s users come with complex My-estub username and password combinations. Aside from that, the security of the My-estub platform is also updated quarterly and PPC conducts a yearly SSAE 19 Type II Audit. This just shows how serious Paperless Pay is in upholding security of your information.


Delivery Options  is also available for those who wish to access and download their W2. This particular feature in My estub is most significant this 2017 Tax Season. To download, just log in to the website, and below “Choose your W2 Delivery Options, click “Option 1”.
